Your watch will be shipped within 24 working hours from the time of purchase. All watches are sent via tracked shipping and you will receive email notification of dispatchment and your tracking ID.

DOES BONHOMME WATCHES SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do $20 Standard shipping and $40 Express shipping.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Please send an email immediately to email@example.com. If the purchased watch has already been shipped we may not be able to alter the original address you supplied.

WHAT IS BONHOMME WATCHES RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days has past by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return and we cannot offer you a refund.
If you, the customer receive the wrong product or change your mind on which product you would like, Bonhomme Watches does offer returns. Shipping costs for returns will be paid in full by the customer except if the return is due to a fault of Bonhomme Watches. We accept returns as long as the watch is in the exact same condition as it was when received, the watch must also be in the original packaging and still contain it’s protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch, it must include any accessories and warranty card.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or printed order confirmation for proof of purchase.

ARE BONHOMME WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
Yes, all Bonhomme Watches are 3ATM water resistant. Although your watch is water resistant we recommend you avoid contact with water as much as possible to maintain the quality of your watch and band. 3ATM is rain resistant and splash proof, we do not recommend swimming with your watch in any circumstances as your watch warranty does not cover this.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY STRAP?
HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY STRAP?
As your strap isn't covered by our warranty it is best to take great care of it from the day you receive your watch. We recommend you keep your strap as dry as possible at all times, wiping off all moisture as soon as possible. Avoid exposure to sunlight for extended periods of time to avoid discolouration of your leather strap. If using a leather cleaner, please ensure you follow the instructions with care to avoid damaging your band.
