                          *Bulky items over 2kg incur $10 Surcharge*

International:    $15 Standard shipping

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY WATCH TO ARRIVE?

Your watch will be shipped within 24 working hours from the time of purchase. All watches are sent via tracked shipping and you will receive email notification of dispatchment and your tracking ID.

AUSTRALIA

International: 5-14 working days

DOES BONHOMME SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do $15 Standard shipping and $30 Express shipping.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please send an email immediately to support@bonhommewatches.com. If the purchased watch has already been shipped we may not be able to alter your original supplied address.

IS MY SHIPPING TRACKED?

Yes, all Bonhomme Watches deliveries are sent via tracked postage. Shortly after your watch has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation emaill containing tracking details.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY PO BOX?

Yes, Bonhomme Watches does deliver to a PO BOX.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS?

Yes, but please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Bonhomme Watches is not responsible for any losses or damages once your order has been dispatched. We will assist in ensuring the delivery of your watch but ultimately it is the responsibility of the customer to follow the tracking information and contact Australia Post or their local postal service to ensure a safe and timely delivery.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days has past by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return and we cannot offer you a refund.

If you, the customer receive the wrong product or change your mind on which product you would like, Bonhomme Watches does offer returns. Shipping costs for returns will be paid in full by the customer except if the return is due to a fault of Bonhomme Watches. We accept returns as long as the watch is in the exact same condition as it was when received, the watch must also be in the original packaging and still contain it’s protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch, it must include any accessories and warranty card.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or printed order confirmation for proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bonhommewatches.com.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately we do not provide exchanges. Bonhomme Watches checks all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality, if an item is damaged, defective or faulty we will provide a replacement. If for any reason your watch is damaged, defective or faulty please send an email to support@bonhommewatches.com and we will do our best to replace your watch. 

Gifts

Unfortunately we don't do returns on gifts.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product (replacement only if faulty or defective) to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
